By booking any service with Finan Tours, you agree to this policy.

As our services are time-based and reservation-based, traditional product “returns” do not apply. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and service type.
3. Tours & Excursions Cancellation Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Hotel Bookings
Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the selected hotel and rate type.
Finan Tours is not responsible for hotel-imposed cancellation penalties.
5. Car Rental Bookings
Failure to appear at the pickup location (no-show) will result in full charge.
6. Modifications
Booking changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
