Finan Tours is a licensed tourism company operating under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

2. Scope of Services

Finan Tours provides:

  • Guided tours and excursions across Jordan
  • Hotel reservations
  • Car rental coordination
  • Private and group travel packages
  • Customized travel programs

Finan Tours acts as an organizer and/or intermediary between the client and third-party service providers.
All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and Middle East Payment Services (MEPS).
Finan Tours does not store full credit card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking in cases of:

  • Payment failure
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Violation of these Terms

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are quoted in dollars US or JOD.
Prices may change due to:

  • Seasonal variations
  • Supplier rate changes
  • Government-imposed taxes or entrance fees

Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless mandatory governmental changes apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Tours and Excursions

  • 5 days before service date: Full refund
  • 48–72 hours: 70% refund
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund

5.2 Hotel Bookings

Hotel cancellations are subject to the hotel’s individual policy.
Non-refundable rates are strictly non-refundable.

5.3 Car Rentals

  • 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

5.4 Force Majeure

Finan Tours shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Border closures
  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Public health emergencies

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months recommended)
  • Obtaining required visas
  • Providing accurate personal data
  • Respecting local Jordanian laws and customs

Finan Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

7. Liability and Insurance

Finan Tours operates in compliance with Jordanian tourism regulations.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries during third-party activities
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
    Delays caused by airlines or transportation providers

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal liability

8. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Finan Tours processes personal data in accordance with:
