1. Nature of Services

Finan Tours provides tourism and travel services. No physical products are shipped or delivered.

2. Method of Delivery

Upon successful payment:

  • Customers receive a booking confirmation via email.
  • A digital voucher, itinerary, or service confirmation is sent electronically.
  • Additional details may be provided via WhatsApp or direct communication.

3. Service Execution

Tourism services are delivered:

  • On the scheduled date
  • At the agreed meeting location
  • As described in the confirmed booking

Hotel bookings and car rentals are confirmed electronically with the relevant provider.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours of successful payment.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact details
  • Arriving at the meeting point on time
  • Reviewing booking details upon receipt

Failure to attend scheduled services may result in cancellation fees as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
