Happy moments
about Sami Shehab
My name is Sami Shihab, born in 1993 to a Jordanian family and raised between Saudi Arabia
and Jordan. From a young age, curiosity shaped my life. Every summer, we drove back to
Jordan, and with every journey, the country felt less like a place and more like home.
Happy moments
What made Jordan home was never just the land — it was the people. The warmth of family, the kindness of strangers, the simple moments of playing in the streets, biking through cities, and discovering places without plans. Wherever I went, I felt known, welcomed, and safe. That is the first feeling Jordan gives you. As I grew older, exploration became a way of life. I traveled across Jordan, learning its rhythm, its silence, and its stories.
During a difficult period, I spent a month in Wadi Finan. That place changed me. Its stillness, nature, and ancient energy offered healing I didn’t know I needed. I was there with my brother Ibraheem, my constant companion, whose kindness and purity remind me what truly matters. Together, we found peace.
Finan Tours was born from that experience.
The name Finan represents healing, connection, and meaning. This company was not created to sell trips, but to share Jordan as it is lived — with honesty, care, and respect.
Jordan is more than famous sites. It is the silence of the desert, the depth of history, and the people who make you feel you belong. When you travel with Finan Tours, you are not a tourist — you are a guest.
